As your identity coach, I help you slow down and understand what’s really happening underneath the patterns you keep repeating.

Together, we look at:

Your current identity
How you see yourself and the beliefs you currently hold about who you are.

Your limiting beliefs
The thoughts and assumptions that may be influencing how you make decisions, respond to challenges, and show up for yourself.

Your behaviors
How those beliefs are showing up in your everyday life—and whether those behaviors are keeping you in the same cycle.

The woman you want to become
We get clear on how you want to think, act, make decisions, and show up in your life.

New beliefs and behaviors
I support you in creating beliefs that better align with the person you want to become and turning them into realistic, intentional actions.

Real evidence
Instead of simply telling yourself you’ve changed, we look for opportunities to prove it to yourself through your actions.

For example, if your old belief is:

“I can’t trust myself.”

We may start with something small: making a promise to yourself and keeping it.

Then you have evidence:

“I said I would do it,and I did.”

The more you practice showing up differently, the more opportunities you have to build evidence that challenges your old belief.

Over time, you can begin moving from:

“I can’t trust myself.”

to:

“I’m becoming someone I can trust.”

You don’t have to become a completely different person

Identity coaching isn’t about forcing yourself to become someone you’re not.

It’s about understanding who you’ve been, what beliefs have been shaping your choices, and whether that version of you still reflects who you want to be.

I’m here to support you through the process—including the days when your old patterns feel easier to return to.

Because real change isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about consistently creating new experiences that show you you’re capable of showing up differently.
